AODME is accepting proposals for presentations for the 2014 Annual Meeting in Santa Fe, NM, that represent “Best Practices” in Osteopathic Graduate Medical Education. AODME members selected as a Best Practices presenter will receive a 50% reduction in their conference registration fees. Read More
AODME’s 2014 Conference will be held at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa in Santa Fe. A special rate of $189 (single or double occupancy) is available for AODME conference attendees. Reservations must be made by March 24, 2014 to secure the special rate. Make your reservations online or contact the hotel at (800) 955-4455.
The Eldorado Hotel is sold out for Thursday, April 24. Please contact A Room With A View at (800) 780-4343 for information on the AODME overflow hotel. They will secure the lowest available rates within walking distance of The Eldorado Hotel.
In the event that rooms become available at The Eldorado Hotel due to cancellations, A Room With A View will notify you and help transfer reservations back to The Eldorado Hotel in the order in which they were booked.

A limited number of direct flights are available to Santa Fe from various cities or you may fly into Albuquerque and take a shuttle. Information on travel to Santa Fe is available from the Santa Fe Convention and Visitors Bureau. All conference activities will be held at the hotel and you will not need a car to enjoy downtown Santa Fe.
Albuquerque International Airport has over 100 flights daily on airlines including American Airlines, Delta, United Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Southwest Airlines and USAirways. The Eldorado Hotel & Spa is only 60 minutes from the Albuquerque International Airport via shuttle or car. The Sandia Shuttle provides transfer service between the Albuquerque International Airport and Eldorado Hotel & Spa with frequent and convenient trips throughout each day.
Santa Fe Municipal Airport is located southwest of the city, the Santa Fe Municipal Airport provides commercial airline service by American Eagle Airlines. The airport operates daily flights to and from Santa Fe and Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) and Los Angeles (LAX). Train Station The New Mexico Rail Runner train connects Albuquerque to Santa Fe. The trip from the Albuquerque International Sunport to the Santa Fe depot is approximately 90 minutes. Amtrak arrives daily from Chicago and Los Angeles in the town of Lamy, only 20 minutes from Santa Fe. Eldorado Hotel & Spa can arrange shuttle service.
Driving from Albuquerque International Airport: Take I-25 north to Santa Fe, and turn off at St. Francis Exit #282. Travel north on St. Francis 3.5 miles. Turn right on West Alameda. Turn left on Guadalupe Street. Turn right on West San Francisco Street. Eldorado’s address is 309 West San Francisco Street.

The Association of Osteopathic Directors and Medical Educators has requested that the AOA Council on Continuing Medical Education approve this program for 24.25 credits of AOA Category 1-A CME credits. Approval is currently pending.
